Sorted office paper (SOP) pricing remained consistent from the March buying period to the April buying period throughout all regions of the United States. This consistency has been maintained, largely, since the start of the year. The exceptions are the Southeast and Northeast regions, where SOP pricing has declined by $5 per ton since January.
