Firelock introduces iPad marketing program

A new iPad marketing program under development by Firelock Fireproof Media Vaults, Kutztown, Pa., is designed to promote data protection and off-site media storage. This e-marketing suite will be available to National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) members to assist in growing their off-site backup tape storage and server vaulting business.

Firelock custom designs and manufactures fireproof, room-sized modular vaults for the fire/environmental protection of vital and information assets.

The company has retained Pennsylvania-based marketing firm Reighn Communications to develop the program, through which Firelock will share its 30-plus years of experience in marketing media protection.

The initial offering is a white paper titled E-Marketing Improvement Strategy. It provides a step-by-step process to upgrade vendor marketing offerings to the off-site tape storage market segment, Firelock says. The iPad tool belt also will include:

  • email attachments;
  • presentations designed to deliver defining points of difference between security approaches;
  • standards and specifications that support users’ business models; and
  • market-specific white papers.

Firelock will be at the NAID 2014 Annual Conference in Phoenix, April 4-6, at Booth No. 111 offering attendees its complimentary marketing plan.
