Automated Records Management Systems Inc. (A.R.M.S.), the De Pere, Wis.-based full-service information management company, has acquired Security Shredders Inc., Seymour, Wis., enabling the company to expand its National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) AAA-certified mobile destruction services.
Security Shredders has provided on-site and off-site shredding of information, ranging from documents to computer disks and hard drives to X-rays, for 14 years, serving the entire state of Wisconsin.
Gary Hermsen of Cornerstone Business Services, represented Security Shredders in the transaction.
