Stevens & Stevens Business Records Management Inc. has announced plans for a 30,000-square-foot addition to its current records center building in Clearwater, Fla.
Marshall Stevens, co-owner of Stevens & Stevens, says, “In today’s world, more and more companies realize they need a solid records management and storage plan. Technology is also a big factor in our growth, as there is a large demand to transition records into a digital format, which is something we specialize in.”
The majority of the addition will house the imaging portion of Stevens & Stevens’ business. The remaining space will be used for records storage and offices.
The company says it expects construction to be complete by April 2011. Several new staff members likely will be hired when the facility opens, according to the company.
