Retrievex Inc., a records and information management (RIM) services provider based in Conshohocken, Pa., has acquired RIM Solutions LLC, Henderson, Nev., a provider of RIM services in the Las Vegas market.
Retrievex also has announced the acquisition of Benson Records Management Center, Omaha, Neb.
“Benson is the largest independently owned records management provider in the Omaha market and is well-positioned to continue its impressive growth,” says Retrievex founder, President and CEO Peter Pierce.
“RIM Solutions is a key acquisition for us given their unique approach to comprehensive records management that includes a full array of document services incorporating state-of-the-art content management software, content hosting and digital formatting systems and services that Retrievex can now deploy system-wide,” Pierce says.
Bill and Lanie Isgrig created RIM Solutions in 2002. “While we’ve recognized considerable growth over these past eight years, we’ve come to realize that this is the right time for us to turn our business over to a rapidly growing industry leader,” Bill says. “Lanie and I could not be more pleased and certain that Peter and his Retrievex team will maintain the excellent reputation we’ve built here and at the same time provide our employees and our customers with new, expanded opportunities.”
RIM Solutions services clients within a 25-mile radius of Henderson.
A partnership of Peter Pierce and New York City-based private equity investment firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, Retrievex was formed in 2007.
