Restore plc, London, has acquired Formsafe for $1.5 million. The purchase follows Restore’s acquisition of Datacare Ltd. in Sept. 2010.
Formsafe, which has been in operation for 25 years, is a document storage firm providing service to businesses in southeast England. The company is based in West Sussex, United Kingdom, and has a second storage facility located in Aberdare, Wales.
