REB Expands Staff

Chicago-based REB Storage Systems International, which designs, manufactures and installs record storage racking and material handling systems, has announced a number of new hires.

Chicago-based REB Storage Systems International, which designs, manufactures and installs record storage racking and material handling systems, has announced a number of new hires.

REB President Tom Lesko says, “We want to be the clear industry leader in what we bring to the marketplace. That means we hire the very best people to do so. Our newest team members are no exception.”

Jeff Howard, formerly of Excel Storage Products, joins REB as its new director of sales for the western U.S. A 12-year veteran of the racking industry, he will provide leadership in REB’s California office.

Joseph Kane, also from Excel, joins REB as a senior account manager. Kane has more than 13 years’ experience in the industry and will work with prospects and clients from REB’s Pennsylvania office.

Lori Pieszala, a material handling products sales expert, will serve as an account executive and sales consultant in the company’s Pennsylvania office. Most recently with Elite Storage Solutions, Pieszala has 23 years of experience.

Joe Onda joins REB as a senior project manager. Onda, formerly of Elite Storage Solutions and Pacific Westeel, is a 12-year specialist in archive storage rack systems and will work from REB’s Pennsylvania office.

Ed Shedlock, formerly of Boston Rack and WC Cardinal, will bring his 15 years of expertise as a project manager to REB. Also working out of the Pennsylvania office, Shedlock will support new and ongoing REB client racking system projects.

Kenneth McCann returns to REB after 18 years away from the company. He was a spatial design engineer at REB for four years in the late 1980s and went on to pursue his career at Conveyor Craft as a project engineer. Back at REB, he will bring his expertise as a sales engineer to the team.

“These recent additions to our team provide REB with an incredibly strong sales and support footprint across North America to serve our growing client base,” says Lori Palmer, REB’s executive vice president. “Our new team members are already fully engaged and making an impact on our clients’ projects and the ongoing new opportunities that are underway here at REB.”

REB has been in business since 1962. The company serves customers throughout the United States.
