Arrow Electronics Inc. has signed an agreement to acquire all of the assets and operations of Intechra, an IT asset disposition company headquartered in Jackson, Miss.
“Intechra serves as a continuation of our strategy to provide comprehensive services across the entire product life cycle for our suppliers and customers,” says Michael Long, chairman, president and CEO of Arrow Electronics.
Arrow Electronics, based in Melville, N.Y., provides products and services to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions. The company has more than 310 locations in 51 countries.
