Multi purpose 2-ram Baler
The Centurion’s super high efficiency hydraulic power unit combined with Harris 13” bore main cylinder gives you the highest densities and fastest throughput in its class. The large charge box (57”W x 105.5”L) offers a volume of 101 cu. ft. The HRB Centurion incorporates a serrated shear knife at rake angle for superior shearing and reduction of shock. The HRB features the fully automated NavigatorÒ controls, the Combo DoorÒ that has the ability to run plug bales, and shim-less adjustments for the shear blade and platen hold-down. The platen is fully machined to produce a closer tolerance fit to the charge box. The HRB provides heavy wall thickness cylinder tubes with hardened rods (main & eject) and Teflon piston rings for long, durable life. The baler incorporates external flooded suction pumps for ease of operation and maintenance without contamination to the oil. The HRB Centurion 150 and 200 were designed with a heavier structure for long life and produce a heavier, denser bale.
Harris Badger®
Heavy duty 2-ram Baler
The Badger is designed for easy operation and simple maintenance. The Badger’s self aligning Harris main ram cylinder prevents unnecessary wear, while its thick, solid steel back wall is reinforced with a hardened steel liner for puncture resistance and long service life. The Badger long box (L series) models include an extended 85” x 40” charge box. This larger capacity allows more material to be baled with every stroke. You get greater versatility when baling bulky material. The L series also includes a 60% ram penetration providing greater density and a “short” bale capacity. The Badger contains many standard features, such as choice of fully automatic or manual operation, self diagnostics, full 12 month warranty, ram positioning and pressure indicators, multiple baling modes and strapping patterns, a “material wait” function and solid state controls. Among the many Badger options include the Combo DoorÒ providing both bale separation and release, and the automatic double gather feature used to bale light materials.
Harris/Selco® horizontal auto tie balers
The horizontal auto tie baler features a maxi grab bale retention chamber. The single cylinder provides infinitely variable force to retain even the most the most difficult materials, and it is reinforced, with fully hinged sides and lid for positive retention, energy efficient hydraulics- more tons/kw hour; and high speed strapping which increases productivity. Our Selco® horizontals use a full information touch screen with multiple material programs, and a standard modem for off site diagnostics.
