IBC’s standard line of EXP Auto-tie balers is both extremely rugged and versatile. With various bale sizes and configurations to choose from, there is an EXP to fit everyone’s needs.
We have recorded bale weights for the following materials: OCC - up to 1,860 lbs, ONP – up to 2,165 lbs, Aluminum Cans – up to 940 lbs, Steel Can – up to 1,550 lbs. This is just an idea of the material versatility and weights that can be achieved from our EXP Series.
Not only did IBC bring you one of the most efficient and versatile baler lines on the market, but now we’ve made it even better by offering the optional Mid-Tensioning System (MTS) and High Pressure System (HPS).
With the MTS, now even those hard to bale coated and slick stock papers are easier to bale than ever. The MTS helps to keep constant pressure on the entire bale, not just the end of the bale as on typical one yoke tensioning systems. This ensures even pressure and more efficient baling.
The HPS provides the EXP Series with hydraulic systems able to operate at pressures up to 5,000psi, far above the competition. This significantly increases platen pressure and total ram force during baling, resulting in denser bales with higher bale weights, and increasing production and product thru-put.
Also available with all of our EXP series is the optional Remote Console. This console can be remotely mounted to ensure a safe and efficient operating area for your facility.
