The D-4's primary use is for infeed to automobile shredding systems. Our D-4 Cat Track conveyor is available in virtually any width and length. These low maintainance conveyors are rugged and long lasting, providing many hours of use with minimal down time.
Typically hydraulically driven, the D-4 utilizes Caterpillar's D-4 Grousers, heavy-duty chains, sprockets and rollers. It is equipped with 40# rail style load bars that run the entire length of the conveyor to limit deflection of belt under impact. Available enhancements include: hydraulic drive and pump, structural supports, maintenance platforms, controls and electrical wiring and piping
