In 1949, Wilfred Wendt, was a co-founder of D&J Press Company, Inc., a company that manufactured hydraulic baling presses for the scrap processing industry. After working closely with his father for many years, Thomas Wendt Sr decided to continue the family commitment to the industry by forming his own company in 1977 - Wendt Corporation.
Since that time Wendt Corporation has provided support for Balers of all manufacturers, offering repairs and service parts. Additionally we have provided custom upgrades to hydraulic and electrical control systems that significantly improve the performance and safety of existing equipment.
Wendt Corporation offers a product line new and remanufactured equipment from our fully equipped manufacturing facility.
