Zenith Cutter Signs Distributor for Mexico, Central and South America

Zenith Cutter Co. has named Plastec USA its distributor in Mexico, Central and South America excluding Brazil. Zenith Cutter provides industrial knives, blades and accessories to companies in the corrugated, converting, plastics, recycling, tree care, roofing, textile and wood products industries.

Plastec USA, headquartered in Miami, specializes in providing machinery and chemical needs to the Latin American plastics industry. The company has offices throughout Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Plastec USA will focus on servicing customers in the plastics industries.

"The addition of Zenith Cutter's line of high quality knives and screens complements our current product offerings, and provides our customers with one more reason to use our organization as their single source for plastic processing machinery and service related parts", says Ernesto Sosa, Plastec USA's vice president and marketing manager.

In a news release, Thomas Splinter, Zenith Cutter’s vice president of sales and marketing, says that Plastec USA's product expertise, strong Latin America presence and plastics industry knowledge will prove beneficial in building the brand awareness of Zenith Cutter Co. products within the markets that they service.
