Yaffe Companies Inc., headquartered in Muskogee, Okla., has purchased the scrap metal recycling operations of Novick Iron & Metal in Wichita, Kansas.
The company will continue the operations under the Novick name.
Yaffe presently owns and operates 15 scrap recycling facilities throughout the Southwest and Midwest, including yards in Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Missouri.
The acquisition of Novick is the second acquisition in Kansas. Last October Yaffe Companies acquired Glickman Inc., also located in Wichita.
