Wisetek appoints new VP of sales

Wisetek, an information technology asset disposition (ITAD), data destruction, technology reuse and manufacturing services company, has appointed Bob Truelove as its new vice president of sales. As part of this role, Truelove will be responsible for the company’s sales operations in the U.S. Wisetek is based in Ireland with U.S. locations in Maryland, Massachusetts, California, Texas and Virginia.

Truelove has more than 20 years of sales experience in the technology industry and has held a number of senior sales positions with ITAD providers. Wisetek states that Truelove’s experience will help support its global expansion.

In his new position as vice president of sales, Truelove will be based in Columbus, Ohio. As part of the role, he will oversee the company’s sales operations across its facilities in the United States.

Prior to joining Wisetek, Truelove worked as director of ITAD sales and services at Rand Technology in Columbus. Before that, he was director of sales at Computer Wholesalers Inc. in New Jersey and he had also worked as a director of ITAD sales at Arrow Electronics in Colorado.
