WIH Resource Group (WIH), Phoenix, has announced that it is now formally offering expert witness services for clients in both the private and public sectors in the areas of solid waste management, recycling, environmental law and multi-modal transportation.
The company says its “experienced staff will provide specialized expertise as expert witnesses for lawsuits, arbitrations and litigation for clients in the areas of environmental compliance, solid waste management and transportation operations-related matters.”
Additional areas of interest in which WIH can be consulted include solid waste and recycling industry best practices and performance standards; materials recovery facility (MRF), transfer station and landfill operations; expert witness services for transportation related to solid waste collection vehicles, transfer trucking as well as general trucking. “The latter services were created in response to various States’ Department of Transportation (DOT) Legal Services Division requests,” the company says in a news release.
WIH Resource Group can provide clients with general case and contracts review, document and deposition review and facility (site) inspections (as requested), as well as provide expert witness deposition and testimony, according to the company.
