Weyerhaeuser Recycling acquired selected assets of Richmond, Va.-based Manchester Recycling late last month.
According to a spokesman for Weyerhaeuser, the acquisition was completed Dec. 29th, and includes a range of assets for the company.
The acquisition does not include some of the non-recycling related assets that Manchester Recycling operates, including a converting operation.
Weyerhaeuser owns and operates its own recycling plant in Richmond.Latest from Recycling Today
