Wellspring Capital Management LLC, a New York-based private equity investment firm, completed the previously announced purchase of International Mill Service Inc., a Horsham, PA.-based company.
Wellspring acquired the company from a shareholder group led by GSC Partners. IMS provides outsourced industrial services, primarily to the steel industry. The company provides slag processing, metal recovery, materials handling, scrap management, surface conditioning and a wide range of specialty services to the North American steel industry.
