WCA Waste Corp. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of Triangle Environmental Group, L.L.C., a roll-off collection company serving the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. This acquisition consists of four roll-off trucks and about 150 roll-off containers. All of the waste will be internalized into WCA's recently acquired landfill located in Raleigh. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of this month.
