WCA Waste Corp. announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of Foster Ferguson Disposal, LLC, a collection company in El Dorado Springs, Mo. This tuck-in acquisition consists of seven rear-load trucks, servicing about 3,800 residential customers and 275 commercial customers. All of the waste will be internalized into the WCA-owned Oak Grove Landfill in Arcadia, Kansas. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of next month.
