The equipment manufacturer Wastequip, based in Charlotte, has added two regional sales managers to its Technical Products Division, which manufactures compactors and balers under the Wastequip brand.
Anthony Parker will have the responsibility for marketing the equipment in the Midwest region, while Ernie Castro will be responsible for growing sales in the Southeast, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Parker has more than eight years of industry-related experience, with a specific focus on recycling services and equipment. Castro has more than 21 years of sales experience in the welding gas and supply industry.
“We’re excited to welcome Anthony and Ernie into the Wastequip fold,” says Mark Taylor, president of Wastequip’s Technical Products Division. “We believe there is great market opportunity for our broad line of compactors, and we’re confident that the experience and strong established relationships of these two gentlemen will be a great benefit to both our dealer and end-user customers.”
