
Longwood, Florida-based Waste Pro USA Inc. has appointed Kenny Rivera to serve as its business development manager in the company’s Southeast Florida Region.
According to Waste Pro, Rivera has served in a variety of roles at Waste Pro, including government affairs, operations manager and most recently as division manager. The company says he has worked his way up in the ranks in the southeast Florida region and is experienced in municipal sales, commercial sales and best operational practices.
In his new position as business development manager for the company's Southeast Florida Region, Rivera will work with Waste Pro Regional Vice President Kenny Skaggs and Waste Pro Vice President of Business Development Russell Mackie to maintain municipal and commercial growth throughout the southeast Florida market area.
“Kenny knows the southeast Florida market and has an extensive understanding of the Waste Pro way,” Skaggs says. “He understands the value of being part of the local communities and the importance of a focus on safety and service. His extensive skill set will continue to add value to our customer outreach, education and sustainable market growth.”
