Houston-based Waste Management Inc. has launched a redesigned website at www.wm.com. Features of the new site include redesigned pages that the company says are cleaner with more color and vibrancy, improved navigation between customer segments and a better overall user experience that will make it easier for visitors to find information and do business online.
The site is divided into three main pages representing the company’s major business divisions. The new sections—residential, small business and enterprise—allow users access to information that is most relevant for their needs. The site also has updated sections covering jobs, sustainability and bill payment.
