Waste Industries USA, Inc. announced the acquisition of L & M Sanitation. Founded in 1988, L & M Sanitation provides private residential subscription services to eastern North Carolina.
"Acquiring L & M Sanitation will add approximately 2,000 new residential subscription customers to the Waste Industries family of customers," said Ven Poole, vice president of Corporate Development for the Waste Industries.
Waste Industries USA provides collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services to commercial, industrial and residential customer locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Florida.
