Waste Industries USA, Inc. announced the acquisition of All American Waste Management, which is a private subscription, residential and recycling services provider in the Northern Metro Atlanta market.
Bill Hanley, vice president of Sales and Marketing for the company, stated, "This is a continuation of our strategy to increase density through tuck-in opportunities. The acquisition allows us to add more customers and increase truck utilization in an existing market."
Waste Industries USA, Inc. is a vertically integrated solid waste services company that provides collection, transfer, disposal and recycling services to commercial, industrial and residential customer locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Florida.
