The company is involved in both collection of municipal solid waste, as well as handling curbside recyclables collection for its customers.
Chris Cannon, vice president of the Georgia/Florida/South Carolina Division of Waste Holdings, stated, "We are excited about this acquisition because it gives us the ability to add volume to our current routes and provides us with increased growth opportunities in and adjacent to the Atlanta market."
