Waste Connections, Inc. announced six acquisitions completed during the third quarter with total annualized revenues of approximately $31 million. The acquisitions included the acquisition of a vertically integrated regional collection and disposal company with operations in three new markets in Tennessee and Mississippi.
This acquisition includes two municipal solid waste landfills, one construction and demolition landfill and two transfer stations. The company's other acquisitions included a new G certificate collection operation in Washington, a stand-alone collection operation that integrates into its Southern Kansas landfill, a large tuck-in operation to its greater Denver operations and a small tuck-in in Iowa.
