Waste Connections, Inc. announced seven acquisitions completed or with signed definitive agreements during the fourth quarter and to date in the first quarter, with total annualized revenues of about $32 million. The closed acquisitions include one new G certificate collection operation in Washington, a franchise collection operation in Oregon, and a series of tuck-in acquisitions in Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Colorado.
In addition, the company signed a definitive agreement with San Luis Garbage, a group of companies, representing a large vertically integrated franchise operation along the central coast of California consisting of seven separate companies. Closing of the San Luis Garbage companies operations is subject to normal regulatory approvals and local governmental consents.
