Vecoplan LLC, a High Point-N.C.-based maker of shredding, recycling and waste processing equipment, has released new brochures on how its machinery and systems can be used for processing Construction and Demolition (C&D) debris and for the preparation of alternative fuel feedstocks.
The C&D brochure features Vecoplan C&D shredders, as well as conveying, separation and screening technologies. The brochure highlights key features in the Vecoplan shredder line, including what the company calls its “patented HiTorc energy-saving shredder drive motors, easy access cutting chamber doors, low cost replaceable cutters, quick change counter knives, and integrated sizing grates.”
The alternative fuel feedstocks brochure features sections on biomass feedstock preparation, cellulosic ethanol feedstock preparation and refuse-derived fuels feedstock preparation.
What Vecoplan calls “an extremely detailed illustration of a Vecoplan shredder’s internal construction” comprises the brochure’s center spread. The computer-generated, three-dimensional rendering highlights 14 of Vecoplan shredder design and construction features, along with a brief explanation of potential benefits derived from each feature.
Both brochures also contain a brief history of Vecoplan and a listing of machine categories offered by the company, along with photos of machines in each category.
Vecoplan is a manufacturer of industrial grinding, shredding and general size reduction equipment, as well as comprehensive waste processing systems. The company’s equipment is used within industrial applications that include C&D processing, woodworking, plastics processing and recycling, printing and converting waste, secure document and product destruction, general waste processing and recovery and alternative fuel preparation.
