The site is designed with existing and prospective customers in mind, according to the company. The goal of the redesign is to give users a more convenient and user-friendly experience.
“We feel a visit to our Web site should not only be informative, but an enjoyable experience as well,” Len Beusse, COO of Vecoplan LLC, says. “We’ve had many compliments on our old site over the years. Many of the same interactive features remain with the new site and new ones have been added.”
The new site provides updated specifications for all of Vecoplan’s equipment models and includes the detailed data customers and prospective customers want and need.
“While conversing with customers or prospects on the phone, many of our sales people use our site to navigate together with the customer to effectively present certain models, features and benefits,” Beusse says. “This instant gratification feature and sales aid is still alive and well with the new site.
