Lars Koller has joined Archdale, N.C.-based Vecoplan LLC, a manufacturer of size reduction equipment, as a sales and project management engineer.
Koller brings 10 years of engineering experience from Focke & Co., working first in research and development at the company’s Germany headquarters and then as manager of the design department at Focke’s Whitsett, N.C., facility.
Koller’s responsibilities will include coordinating the design and development of turnkey shredding systems for the recycling sector. He also will oversee the manufacture and implementation of his projects once the engineering phase has been completed, ensuring continuous quality control throughout the process, according to Vecoplan.
“Our machinery and systems orders continue to grow exponentially and that means we have to find quality people that can hit the ground running,” says Gary Kolbet, vice president of engineering at Vecoplan LLC. “Lars has both the practical experience and educational background to excel here at Vecoplan.”
