Matthew Davidson has joined Archdale, N.C.-based Vecoplan LLC as a product engineer.
DavidsonDavidson brings three years of practical experience from Crowder Construction Co., where he held the position of mechanical project engineering manager and two years’ experience as a mechanical engineering intern with Square D to his new position at Vecoplan.
Davidson’s responsibilities will include coordinating the design and development of turnkey shredding systems for the recycling sector. He also will oversee the manufacture and implementation of the projects once the engineering phase has been completed to ensure continuous quality control, according to Vecoplan.
Gary Kolbet, vice president of Engineering at Vecoplan LLC, says, “Our increase in machine and systems orders has made it necessary for us to expand our engineering staff, and Matt’s background makes him a great fit on our engineering team here at Vecoplan.”
