In his new position, Goss is responsible for installations and start-ups of new machines and systems as well as electrical service and maintenance on control panels, machines and systems already in the field.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in industrial technology from Appalachian State University, Boone, N.C., and was a field service engineer with Bensaw Inc., a manufacturer of industrial controls and drives, prior to joining Vecoplan.
“With our continued sales growth, the sheer number of customers, machines and systems that we have in the field has increased dramatically, and so has our need for senior level service technicians,” says Todd Carswell, Vecoplan vice president of technical services. “We’re fortunate to find someone of Frank’s caliber. He brings extensive knowledge and expertise to this department, having been a service technician both in the factory and in the field for a nearly a decade.”
