The US Shredder and Castings Group has announced that it will supply a heavy-duty disc rotor to Darlington Shredding,
The rotor includes tie rods that have a 25 percent higher mechanical property than competitive rotors, according the US Shredder. Additionally, the rotor uses nuts that have almost twice the preload capabilities over conventional hex nuts.
The US Shredder and Castings Group offers complete scrap shredding systems as well as castings, service and consulting to the North and Central American scrap industry.
