US Conveyor announces rapid response service for fire victims

The combination of in-house services and inventory allows the rapid response fire service to get customers up and running swiftly.

U.S. Conveyor Technologies, Mackinaw, Illinois, has been providing rapid response and recovery services to fire victims for years. In light of the increased incidence of fires across the scrap and recycling industry, the company has formalized this offering to support customers.

“Recently a customer suffered a fire loss on one of their processing lines," says Troy Graves, president of U.S. Conveyor Technologies. "Even though our shop was exceptionally busy with new project manufacturing, our team was able to move the necessary components through on an expedited basis. This allowed us to get the customer running again within four weeks.”

With dedicated in-house engineering, full fabrication and product manufacturing under one roof, U.S. Conveyor is uniquely positioned to offer this service. Additionally, the firm says it maintains a robust inventory of spare parts and components. The combination of in-house services and inventory allows the rapid response fire service to get customers up and running swiftly.
