The U.S. Chamber Foundation’s Corporate Citizenship Center, in partnership with Arizona State University, the city of Phoenix, the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Republic Services, will host its second annual business delegation tour exploring circular economy business practices Oct. 20-21 in Phoenix.
The event, which takes place over two days in Phoenix, convenes business leaders and industry experts to participate in site tours and workshops examining ways businesses can turn waste into a resource to drive performance, competitiveness and innovation, the U.S. Chamber Foundation says.
Speakers at the event include:
- Jennifer Gerholdt, senior director, environment program, U.S. Chamber Foundation Corporate Citizenship Center;
- Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton;
- Jamie Bohan, senior director, recycling and technology development, Republic Services;
- Jennifer Mellor, vice president, economic development, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce; and
- Duke Reiter, senior advisor to the president, Arizona State University.
