Richard Ubinger is resigning from his position as VP of Finance, CFO and treasurer with Universal Stainless & Alloy Products Inc., effective April 30. The company has begun a search for a new CFO.
The company adds that Ronald Hauck, who joined the company as controller in 2005, will serve as the principal financial officer on an interim basis through the conclusion of the search process.
