Unisphere Waste Conversion Ltd. has completed the purchase of Wellington Polymer Technology Inc. and plans to expand production of its roofing products in southwestern Ontario.
Wellington is an alternative roofing manufacturer generating Enviroshake, a product that replicates the look of a cedar shake, that are made from recycled rubber, plastics and fiber.
