UniCarriers Americas Corp. (UCA), Marengo, Illinois, has announced the appointment of William E. Wylonis as its senior manager of product and sales training.
In this position, Wylonis is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the training department and leading the development and management of all sales and product training programs for UCA. He identifies training solutions to bridge the gaps in product knowledge, selling skills, understanding the competitive landscape and financial merchandising.

"His 30 years of experience have afforded him the ability to develop industry-specific training programs that will help our dealers increase effectiveness, which in turn leads to increased revenue."
Prior to joining UCA, Wylonis worked as a training specialist for Toyota Material Handling USA, Columbus, Indiana, and as president of quality training services and corporate aftermarket sales manager at MH Equipment Co.
