U-Pull-&-Pay, wholly owned by the David J. Joseph Co., purchased the assets and business of A-1 Auto Recyclers in Colorado Springs, previously owned and operated by Lawrence Pelletier and Terry Mandel. A-1 Auto Recyclers has been operating as a self-serve used auto parts store since 2000.
U-Pull-&-Pay will operate the Colorado Springs self-serve used auto parts store under the U-Pull-&-Pay name, but plans to continue to use the A-1 Auto Recyclers name during a transition period.
A-1 Auto Recyclers covers more than 20 acres, and can hold 1,500 automobiles for the retail public to remove needed body panels, drive train components, or other auto accessories for purchase.
DJJ is owned by SHV, N.V. based in The Netherlands.
