Tube City IMS has launched a new Internet portal that provides comprehensive information for its customers.
Tube City IMS customers now have self-service access to review their orders, shipments, payments and obtain other important information via the company’s “Partners Portal.”
This portal complements the company’s current website and may be accessed at www.tubecityims.com.
“This is a great tool for our customers,” said Joseph Curtin, president and CEO, Tube City IMS. “Customer access to this portal is another step in our initiatives to provide more efficient collaboration within the industry’s supply chain network.”
Tube City IMS also made available supplier access to the “Partners Portal” earlier this year.
