Tube City IMS Corp. has appointed Jonathan Fingeret assistant general counsel. He will work in the company’s Legal Department and report to Thomas Lippard, Tube City IMS’ executive vice president, General Counsel and secretary.
Prior to joining Tube City IMS, Fingeret was a partner at the Pittsburgh law firm Thorp Reed & Armstrong for the past three years. He has experience with mergers and acquisitions, formation and structuring of business entities, private equity transactions and securities offerings and disclosure compliance. He also worked for seven years in the corporate department of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, a global law firm.
