Tube City IMS has promoted two executives. The company has promoted Electa Boyle to VP of Financial Operations and Corporate Controller. Boyle joined the company last year.
The company also announced the promotion of Kirk Peters to VP, treasurer and principal accounting officer. Peters joined the company in 2005.
