Trademark Metals Recycling, Tampa, Fla., has announced it has received the Florida/United Safety Council Award in the category of small company. It is the fourth time in the last five years that the company has received the award.
The evaluation process for the award includes factors such as accident rates, inspection programs, employee training and involvement, management support and the continuous improvement process. This United Safety Council Safety Award exemplifies Trademark Metal Recycling’s ongoing commitment to safety, the company says.
Trademark Metals, which is wholly owned by the David J. Joseph Co., is a large scrap metals recycling with 17 locations in Florida.
