The stockholders of TMS International Corp., the parent company of the steel mill services provider Tube City IMS Corp., has re-elected seven members of the company’s board of directors. The elections were held during the recently concluded annual stockholder meeting.
The re-elected board members are:
- Joseph Curtin, chairman, president and CEO, TMS International Corp.;
- John Connelly, retired senior vice president/strategic planning and business development, U.S. Steel Corp.;
- Timothy Duncanson, managing director, Onex Corp.;
- Colin Osborne, president and CEO, Vicwest Inc.;
- Herbert Parker, executive vice president and CFO, Harman International Industries Inc.;
- Manish Srivastava, principal, Onex Corp.; and
- Patrick Tolbert, COO/CFO, Sitel Worldwide Corp.
