T&M Associates, a Middletown, New Jersey-based national consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company, has announced the opening of a full-service office in Detroit.
The new office, in the downtown Renaissance Center, will link with T&M’s office in nearby Novi, Michigan, to provide clients with consulting and technical expertise to meet their development and operational needs spurred by the region’s economic resurgence, according to the company. From this regional hub, T&M says it will provide its full portfolio of services, covering water resources, environmental, green infrastructure, health and safety, site development and solid waste.
“Metro Detroit has benefited from millions of dollars of investment in the past few years and continues looking for creative solutions and services to support its steady growth,” says Ihsan Al-Fayyomi, T&M’s senior vice president and environmental services business unit leader. “Our new office enables us to partner with industrial and municipal clients to reimagine the city and develop long-lasting infrastructure improvements that save time, money and resources.”
In addition to increasing T&M’s presence in Michigan, the opening of the Detroit office strengthens its presence in the Midwestern United States, complementing its Novi office as well as three offices in Ohio, one in Indiana and one in Kentucky. This continued expansion affords clients and partners more of T&M’s resources and expert engineers, designers and technical professionals to support projects throughout the region, says the company.
T&M Associates is a full-service consulting, environmental, engineering and construction management company established in 1966. The company employs a team of 400 business and technical professionals and operates from 19 office locations throughout Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
