TiTech announces that it is introducing the TITECH autosort [flake] for plastic application. The equipment is capable of sorting plastic flakes by both color and material.
TiTech has transformed the approved TITECH autosort into an innovative specialist – combining a field proven mechanical setup with advanced double sensor systems. This improves the efficiency of plastic flake sorting significantly. A visible range spectrometer allows TITECH autosort [flake] to detect color contaminants. In addition, a near infrared spectrometer enables the detection of materials such as PET, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, PLA, etc. Both VIS and NIR information are taken simultaneously. So in combination with an especially narrow valve grid and the short distance between measuring process and ejection precise sorting is ensured.
Lubo USA is the exclusive North American distributor for Lubo & TiTech Recycling Equipment in plastic and paper markets. For more information regarding the TITECH autosort [flake], contact the company at e-mail: info@lubousa.com, or go to the company Web site at www.lubousa.com.
