The Council for Textile Recycling will recognize the Resource Recovery and Recycling Authority of Southwest Oakland County, Mich. with an award for outstanding leadership in community recycling at the group’s meeting Oct. 1.
The authority has been recognized for establishing a textile recycling program in the community. The program serves residents in an eight-city region.
