Textile Recycling Association Elects Officers, BOD

The Secondary Materials and Recycled Textiles Association elected a new slate of officers and board members during its recently concluded Annual Meeting and Convention.

Jerry Usatch, president of Dumont Export Corp., was elected president. Other members elected to office include Larry Groipen, ERC Wiping Products, vice president; and Ed Freeman, Bro-Tex., treasurer.

The board of directors will include: Art Abell, Abel/DPC; David Blum, Y-Pers; Mitch Bollag, Bollag International Corp.; Lucas Galvan, Los Amigos Distribution Center; Carren Kay, The Carnegie Textile Co.; Norman Manning, Leggett & Platt; Asaf Nasser, Ontex Clothing; Bill Schapiro, Whitehouse & Schapiro LLC; Robert Travis, E. Butterworth & Co.; Eric Warshaw, Erexcorp; and Robert Woycke, Continental Textile.
