Terex Corp. has completed the acquisition of CMI Corp., a manufacturer of mobile equipment and materials processing equipment for the road building and heavy construction industry.

CMI products include asphalt and concrete mixing plants, road profiling and reclaiming equipment, concrete paving systems and landfill compactors and grinders.
Terex, headquartered in Westport, Ct., is involved in a wide range of businesses in the construction, infrastructure, recycling and mining-related capital equipment industries.
